I enjoy working out with Logan for several reasons. Firstly, I am learning something new about my body and what it can do. Secondly, the work outs are challenging (even though they seem simple at first) but not does not give me the feeling of being riled up or pushed in a negative way. Lastly, i notice a significant change in my body, my strength and my shape which means the home and work outs in person are paying off just after 3 months!
