Small groups (3–4 people max) so I can still coach closely, individualize movements when needed, and keep the quality high. This isn’t a bootcamp or big class environment.
Focused on strength, mobility, conditioning, movement quality, and overall performance/health in a way that’s challenging but sustainable for real life.
The program runs on a recurring monthly membership model rather than paying session-by-session. Think program, not session. The goal is building long-term consistency and progress, not just randomly working out whenever life allows.
